Presentation guidelines
Oral presentations
- Key Note Speaker / 45 minutes including 5 minutes Q&A
- Invited Speaker / 30 minutes including 5 minutes Q&A
- Oral presentation of a submitted abstract / 15 minutes including 3 minutes Q&A
In the case of Invited speakers and for Oral presentations, you will be asked to prepare a video recording of your presentation before the conference.
This video will be accessible only to registered MNE2024 attendees after the conference.
Details for uploading your pre-recorded presentations will be given in a separate mail.
A preview room will be set up at the conference for uploading and testing your final presentation.
Poster presentations
Poster format is A0 portrait (841 × 1189 mm or 33.1 × 46.8 inches).
Please conform to this format and be present in front of your poster during the poster session as scheduled in the program . Each poster board will be identified by the iD number of your submitted abstract. Fixing devices will be provided at the conference.
Please bring your poster printed out.
There are no possibilities for printing on site.
Posters must be displayed throughout the conference on Tuesday and Wednesday.
